Famitsu: Pro Yakyuu Famista Returns announced for the Nintendo 3DS

Back in 2011, Bandai-Namco released Pro Yakyuu Famista 2011 on the Nintendo 3DS. Four year laters, a new entry has finally been revealed, once again for the Nintendo 3DS: Pro Yakyuu Famista Returns. It will come out on October 8th in Japan, where it will cost 5 690 Yen according to Famitsu magazine (which has the scoop on this game).

According to Famitsu, the various game modes will get major evolutions, including online which now allows players to have ranked matches with other players across Japan. Of course, there’s an option that allows you to have a match only against players of the same rank than you.

But that’s not all: Pro Yakyuu Famista Returns also includes a mode a called “Famista Quest”, where you go compete against a rival team controller by aliens. Finally, the game will feature over 500 baseball players, based on the latest data available (from 2015).
