Nintendo have shared some more details about Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury, detailing how the Bowser and Bowser Jr. amiibo work in the Bowser’s Fury adventure:

  • Bowser: makes Fury Bowser appear
  • Bowser Jr.: unleashes a powerful shockwave to knock out nearby enemies and blocks

Astro Bears

SONKA have announced that Astro Bears is to get some DLC on January 15th in Europe and North America: the Non-Bears DLC. It will be available for purchase separately (2.99€ / $2.99), or as part of a bundle including the base game and the DLC.

Shing!

Mass Creation have announced that Shing! will be released on January 21st in Europe and North America (same day as Japan). It’s now available for digital pre-order with a 25% off discount (regular price: 19.99€ / $19.99). Player who already own Corridor Z on Nintendo Switch will be able to get a 10% off discount for one week at launch.

This version of the game will feature all the improvements already available on other platforms: Secret boss, alternative control scheme, and more.

Finally, here’s some more details:

Shing! delivers a classic beat’em up adventure true to what fans love about the genre while adding a few twists of its own. Pull off angled combos, counters, aerials, parries and more in fast-paced, freestyle combat with a unique control system built around the right analog stick.
