Last month, Nintendo released the first major update for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, adding a Garden area and various other changes. And here’s some good news for you: it’s already time for the next one! Today, Nintendo shared some early details about the next major update for the game, that will add several neat features, and make some highly requested changes!

Let’s start with the new features. First, this update will let you customise the terrain in select areas at your campsite, giving you even more options to make it truly your own! You will also be able to place more than one rug, so the developers recommend you start working on crafting more right away.

Finally, you will be able to pick out new looks for your animal friends, though unfortunately, not all clothing will be compatible with all animals. There’s also going to be a mini game called Brake Tapper, playable at OK Motors.

But that’s not all! The second major update for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp will also make the following changes:

  • it will be easier for you to ask for help at the Shovelstrike Quarry;
  • it will be easier to use the Market Box;
  • various changes will be made to the Gardening feature;
  • new fish and bugs will be added.

Here’s some pictures for the update:

Unfortunately, it’s not clear when this update will be released, but we will make sure to let you know as soon as possible. The official patch notes will be posted on this page!
