No Sleep For Kaname Date – From AI: THE SOMNIUM FILES, the latest entry in the AI: The Somnium Files, features three main parts: Escape parts (featuring escape game-style gameplay, inspired by the Zero Escape series), Investigations parts, and Somnium parts.
Today, we get a look at the Escape parts with a brand new video:
During the Escape parts, you get to play as Iris Sagan (aka A-set), who is trying to escape from a strange facility that looks like a spaceship, where she’s been imprisoned. You have to investigate suspicious locations and use a variety of items to solve puzzles.
Iris, who is only allowed to contact one person in the outside world, decides to ask Kaname Date for help. The two of them met during a certain incident in the past. Also, the video above showcases how you can switch to Ota Matsushita‘s perspective (once you’ve progressed far enough in the game).
No Sleep For Kaname Date – From AI: THE SOMNIUM FILES (Switch, Switch 2) comes out on July 25th worldwide.
