New features

Breakdown frequency: This new setting will allow you to decrease the breakdown frequency during gameplay, decreasing difficulty. You’ll be able to use this feature whenever you like, so you can roam more with less pressure from herb depletion!
Change color of your spirit tail: This will allow you to choose from one of four colors to give your spirit a unique look!

Added “?” to skip cutscene icon
Updated visual effects to reduce occasional lag when effects set to maximum
Moved flashing caution message to splash screen

Bug fixes:

Updated level 4 cutscene so UI is hidden
Fixed menu warp bug that could lead to soft lock
Fixed warp menu bug incorrectly showing level 5 as selectable when on level 5
Fixed instance where selecting “yes” when using flower item (breakdown cancel out) also incorrectly activated cutscene (if standing over one)
Fixed instances where platform radar was incorrectly visible
Fixed instance where Ahro’s spirit could get stuck in mountain interior area in Level 4
Fixed instance where nap dream bed glowing prompt was showing up twice in Level 4
Fixed instance where Level 4 locked door is incorrectly enter-able at level start
Removed unnecessary message displayed when receiving flower item in Level 1
Raised game volume slightly
Fixed bug where view Lorebook pages in browser were showing as English even if another language was selected

How to download updates for Ahro for the Nintendo Switch?

To download the updates for Ahro, you have three options:

let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off

If not…

try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;

select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.

To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
