Path of Titans – Ver. ??? (Metriacanthosaurus TLC)
- Release date: ???
- Patch notes:
This TLC comes with a new model, new animations, and an ability rework to fill out its role as a carnivorous healer or a toxic solo hunter. This includes new healing abilities and several toxic abilities based on its new ‘Noxious’ stacks system.
Noxious Build
- The Metriacanthosaurus has unique toxin-based abilities making it a dangerous hunter, eliminating prey if their health falls below their toxin levels. Toxic is a status effect that increases with each bite on your prey and displays as a black segment over their health bar. Once their health reaches the black area, they will die regardless of how much health they may have left.
- Some of Metri’s abilities become more powerful when they are used while under the influence of a new stacking status effect, Noxious, acquired by consuming noxious meat, carrion, and mushrooms. While travelling, Metris should keep an eye out for these items to top up on their stacks of noxious, or even carry one in their mouth for later in case of sudden ambushes. Eating these will apply a noxious substance to metri’s mouth and claws, creating additional effects while attacking.
- While Metriacanthosaurus is able to use its abilities without having noxious stacks, the added benefits of using noxious makes it essential to gain the upper hand.
- In addition to their regular damage, Toxin Bite and Toxin Slash will use up a Noxious stack to apply toxin to your foes.
- If you find your prey fighting back, reflect their damage back as poison with the Hide ability Putrid Scales.
- Boost your Toxin and Poison damage with Toxic Presence to inflict your prey even faster.
- Swap Noxious Frenzy in place of Toxin Bite to consume all of your stacks of Noxious and reset your ability cooldowns.
- Noxious stacks can also enhance other abilities’ effects like Resilient Scales, Healing Presence, Kick, Braced Legs, and Leap.
Once your prey is pumped full of toxins they can be worn down with basic attacks, eventually succumbing to the noxious substance in an untimely demise.
Support Build
For those who prefer a more supporting role in a pack, the Metriacanthosaurus can serve either as buff support for a carnivore group, or has a debuff dealer to your pack’s opponents.
Healing Calls
- Chase down your target with Hustle, a call that increases trot speed and stamina regeneration, giving your pack the edge in movement and maneuvering.
- Healing Call works as the standard vocal heal, increasing the healing rate of nearby groupmates allowing them to more quickly shrug off wounds.
- If your group is encumbered by status effects or debuffs, Rejuvenating Roar will help teammates heal away those effects to keep up the pressure.
- When the fight is over, Healing Presence will passively increase your group’s health recovery when you are resting nearby. Well fed and fully healed, you’ll be onto the next fight in no time.
Debuff Calls
- If you’d rather focus on wearing your enemies down, debuff calls will make them weaker and more vulnerable to attacks.
- Sundering Cry will reduce the armor of all nearby enemies, opening them up for attacks to deal more damage. Then strike fear in them with Intimidating Screech, reducing their attack damage.
- Or use Draining Scream to increase their sprinting stamina consumption, letting your allies catch up to take them down.
- The Metri can further enhance their vocal abilities with Musician to decrease vocal ability cooldowns so they can be used more often to keep their groupmates’ health topped off or their enemies struggling.
Nocturnal Abilities
The Metriacanthosaurus thrives at night, with passive buffs and several abilities becoming stronger in the darkness.
While under the cover of night:
- Twilight Menace will increase stamina regeneration.
- Bite and Claw Attack deal more damage.
- Healing Presence has increased range.
- Kick costs less stamina. And finally Prowler decreases land-sprinting stamina costs with the added bonus of increased damage resistance during the day.
- Additional notes: none.

Path of Titans – Ver. ??? (Kaiwhekea TLC)
- Release date: March 18th/19th 2026
- Patch notes:
Model Rework
- The remodel gives the Kai a more paleo-accurate appearance with a shaped snout and outward facing teeth, perfect for catching fish in the deep. There are three Subspecies that have different tooth arrangements, including a typical short toothed version, a large jagged tooth species, and a wider filter-feeding style arrangement.
- To give the kai more personality we’ve updated some older emotes including a shorter Generic Call that’s less disruptive when chatting, and brought two new additions: Spin and front flip. Some animations were also updated to fit the new proportions and make vocal call abilities each more distinct for this marine reptile.
Rumble Offensive Call
- If larger foes are bumping you out of range, use the new third Offensive Vocal Call, Rumble. This call will grant a short period of Immunity to Knockback for you and nearby group members while underwater, putting you back in control of the fight.
- Additional notes: none.

Path of Titans – Ver. ??? (Thalassodromeus TLC)
- Release date: ???
- Patch notes:
Thalassodromeus TLC
Missile Build
For the airborne brawlers that like to patrol the sky and turn their speed into destruction, there’s the Missile Build. Break out of formation and rapidly close in over your target.
- Dive Bomb will increase your flight acceleration, increase damage while diving, and occasionally negate impact damage when colliding with a flying target.
- Large Crest will decrease air impact damage, keeping you in the fight longer while dive-bombing multiple targets. If you miss, ensure you survive any impact or fall that would have otherwise killed you with Featherweight which retains a small amount of health and grants impact immunity for a short period of time.
- When the fight has leveled out, use Barrel Roll to deal damage to multiple flyers, and Dodge to avoid their counter measures.
- Finally, get in close and use Peck to wear them out until they fall from the sky.
Grounded Build
The Thal can still put up a fight from the ground as well, using specialized passives for hunting down less flight-worthy opponents
- Leap reduces stamina jump cost and increases jump height to make ground travel faster and easier, to close-in more rapidly.
- Build up armor on the ground with Feathery Hide, to withstand more attacks from defending foes.
- Tear allows you to build several stacks of increased damage while grounded which also increases the effectiveness of Bite and other attacks while you continue your assault.
- Finally, use your wings with Wing Slap to deal damage in a cone to your front until you finish them off.
These abilities will make the Thal a lethal threat not just in the air, but also when grounded.
Glide Abilities
The Thalassodromeus has several abilities that make it ideal for travel, coasting on the updrafts and gliding forward on the wind.
- Preened Feathers will reduce stamina drain while flying, and using Rest Stop when taking a break from flying will quickly recover spent stamina.
- Broad Wingspan will further reduce stamina drain when gliding, while also slowing descent and increasing land coverage with each takeoff.
- Fly further on less stamina with these abilities to traverse the map while safe from ground predators between stops.
- Additional notes: none.
