- Rhythm mini-game
- ValiDate’s rhythm mini-game allows players to play as Malik as he DJs his set for the gala in the MalikRocky route! Players will have a choice to play:
- Coochie Man
- Yo Gabba Gabba
- Malik’s Anthem
- Auto-Save
- Auto-save is coming to ValiDate! At every choice, the game automatically saves!
- Skip to the next choice button
- Players are given the option to skip choices to get their desired endings!
- Updated character outfitsand hairstyles for some characters
- Different font options
- Players have a choice of:
- Dosis (original font)
- Open Dyslexic
- Roboto
- End card indicators
- We added end-card indicators to let players know what ending they got!
- More quality-of-life, typo, and bug fixes!

How to download updates for ValiDate: Struggling Singles in your Area for the Nintendo Switch?
To download the updates for ValiDate: Struggling Singles in your Area, you have three options:
- let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off
If not…
- try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;
OR
- select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.
