- Fixed an issue introduced in the 202506 Ver. update, where the first frame of crouching light kick could not be canceled by another action.

- Fixed an issue where throw escapes would still succeed in cases where the Coward Crouch input was entered after being grabbed by a normal throw and then followed quickly by the input for normal throw.

Battle Adjustments Marisa
- Fixed so that the second attack can no longer be canceled by Super Arts.
Terry
- Power Drive (Medium Punch > Heavy Punch) Advantage on both hit and block were unintentionally changed, so the recovery has been reduced by 1 frame so that the advantage for this move is as it was previously.
Zangief
- Overdrive Russian Suplex (→↘↓↙← + Two Kicks, when near opponent) Fixed an issue that caused the damage of this move to drop from 3200 to 2600.
Cammy
- Swing Combination (Standing Heavy Punch > Heavy Kick) An issue occurred where it became impossible to connect with Cammy’s Super Art 2 after a Swing Combination hit. To fix this issue, the Super Art cancel timing has been adjusted to behave as it previously did.
Rashid
- Arabian Cyclone (↓↙← + Kick, during a forward jump) When the hitbox was expanded for the Overdrive version of this move the hitbox for the normal version was also unintentionally expanded. To fix this issue, the hitbox for the normal version has been adjusted to match its previous state.

V-Rival
- Added Control Settings, Command List, and Options to the in-battle pause menu.
- Replays can now be viewed for battles against Sim Sim virtual opponents. Replays are accessible from the post-match results screen or by selecting Results in the Sim Sim menu.
CFN
- When the maximum number of blocked users is reached, attempting to block another user will unblock the user with the oldest login date to free up space for the new user to be blocked.
Music Player
- Added Edge of Triumph by Yoko Shimomura to the music player.
Gallery
- Added the Console tab to the Game Center and four titles supporting free play.
News
- Added the ability to view the contents of previously claimed offers.
Other
- Added explanations for each mode in the main menu. These explanations will disappear after selecting all modes, but can be reenabled with the Main Menu Tutorial setting in the options.
- Elena chat stickers added to the Phrases category.
- It is now possible to input custom messages while reporting players for cheating. Messages are not necessary to submit a report.
- Added stricter enforcement against inappropriate words for player names, club names, and chat messages. This change primarily applies to English.

How to download updates for Street Fighter 6 on Nintendo Switch 2?
To download the updates for Street Fighter 6, you have three options:
- let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off
If not…
- try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;
OR
- select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.
To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
