Splatoon 2 Live in Makuhari -Off The Hook Live- getting CD / Blu-Ray release

Are you a fan of Off The Hook and their music? If yes, here’s some good news for you: it has been announced that their live concert is getting a CD / Blu-Ray release in Japan! The album is called Splatoon 2 Live in Makuhari -Off The Hook Live-, and it’s releasing on July 24th.

This album release includes the full live performance at the Game Party Japan 2019, on January 26th, but also additional music tracks not included in the previous two Spaltoon 2 music albums released:

• Entropical, by SashiMori
• Chopscrewey, by SashiMori
• Seasick, by Diss-Pair
• Kinetosis, by Diss-Pair
• Deluge Dirge, by ω-3

The album also has a bonus track: a special Splatoon x Splatoon 2 medley, by DJ Octavio, ansd the tracks from the live performance of the Squid Sisters at the Nico Nico Choukaigi 2016.

The Splatoon 2 Live in Makuhari -Off The Hook Live- album is getting a Limited Edition with a Blu-Ray disc. It features the full, uncut recording of the Off The Hook Live at Game Party Japan 2019, including the MC parts.

The video is actually identical to the one uploaded on Nintendo’s YouTube Channel, but of course the audio quality is much higher (with Blu-Ray quality mixing and mastering). The Blu-Ray also has a bonus video: a recording of the concert focusing specifically on the dancing of Pearl and Marina.

The cover of the Limited Edition features brand new illustrations, with holographic spine case.

The Splatoon 2 Live in Makuhari -Off The Hook Live- album costs:

• Limited Edition (with Blu-Ray): 4 200 Yen + taxes
• Regular Edition (just the CD): 2 500 Yen + taxes

Those who pre-order the album on ebten will get a special poster as bonus. Pre-orders go live on May 24th!
