Puzzle & Dragons X revealed for the Nintendo 3DS, first scan

Earlier this week, we learned from CoroCoro magazine that GungHo was working on another Puzzle & Dragons game for the Nintendo 3DS. However, we didn’t know if this was a sequel to Puzzle & Dragons Z, another “themed” game (like Puzzle & Dragons Super Mario Bros. Edition), or something else entirely.

And today, we finally have a scan for this new game, called Puzzle & Dragons X (Cross). We get to see the protagonist (whose name is not clearly visible), who apparently can transform into a Knight with a golden armor. We can also see a couple of monsters in the top-right corner of the page.

No doubt GungHo will officially announce the game next week, and will release some official screenshots, artworks and details for it. If more scans surface before then, we will update this post!

Puzzle & Dragons X (3DS) comes out in 2016 in Japan.
