Nintendo Switch: hands-on events in the UK and Belgium

In less than a month, the Nintendo Switch will finally be available worldwide. For players who really can’t wait for the console and/or would want to try it out beforehand, there are various hands-on events in various countries, like Japan, the United States, but also Europe.

This week, Nintendo announced some hands-on events for two European countries:

  • United Kingdom
  • Belgium

Nintendo Switch – United Kingdom

In the United Kingdom, there will be four two-hour sessions on each of the following days:

Birmingham

Boxxed, 104-108 Floodgate St, Birmingham B5 5SR

  • Friday 10th February 2017
  • Saturday 11th February 2017
  • Sunday 12th February 2017

Manchester

Cobden Rooms, Manchester Central, Windmill St, Manchester M2 3GX

  • Friday 17th February 2017
  • Saturday 18th February 2017
  • Sunday 19th February 2017

London

Tanner Warehouse, 50 Bermondsey Street, SE1 3UD

  • Friday 24th February 2017
  • Saturday 25th February 2017
  • Sunday 26th February 2017

The following games will be playable:

  • The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
  • Splatoon 2
  • Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
  • ARMS
  • 1-2-Switch
  • Snipperclips

Nintendo Switch – Belgium

In Belgium, the Nintendo Switch hands-on event will take place on February 25th In Brussels. To win an invitation, you have to connect to your Nintendo Account, make sure you subscribe to Nintendo’s newsletter, and then answer a couple of questions. You have until February 12th to participate, and winners will be notified on February 15th.
