Nintendo Live 2022: details on the Animal Crossing and Splatoon music performances; final one to be livestreamed
This October, Nintendo Live is making its comeback after a 2-year hiatus due to Covid-19, and just like in 2018 and 2019, it will feature several events for visitors: game tournaments, special stages shows, various activities (such as photo ops), and more. And for fans of game music, the “and more” include some musical performances!
Nintendo have updated the official website for Nintendo Live 2022, and shared details about the music performances. This time, two games will be featured:
- Animal Crossing: New Horizons with DJ. K.K. Paradise Mixx!
- Splatoon 3 with a live performance by Deep Cut
Characters from both games (namely, DJ. K.K. and the members of Deep Cut) will get to perform live on stage. There will be three performances each day (they will all feature the exact same content):
- Performance 1: 1.30PM JST
- Performance 2: 3.45PM JST
- Performance 3: 6PM JST
The good news for everyone who will not be able to attend Nintendo Live 2022: the final performance on Sunday will also be livestreamed on YouTube. Here’s the time for each region:
- Europe: October 9th at 11AM
- UK: October 9th at 10AM
- North America (ET): October 9th at 5AM
- North America (PT): October 9th at 2AM)
- Japan: 6PM JST
