New Style Boutique 2: boxarts; over 1.5 million units sold in Europe for the series

Earlier today, Nintendo shared some English screenshots (and a looot of artworks) for Nintendo Presents: New Style Boutique 2 – Fashion Forward, which is coming out on November 20th in Europe. In a press release, Nintendo revealed that the Style Boutique series has sold over 1.5 million units in Europe (based on internal sales data). Will this new entry push it pass the 2 million units milestone?

The press release also reminds us that the game features over 19 000 items such as dresses, t-shirts, accessories, and much more. There’s also exclusive items unlockable only thanks to a select few compatible amiibo, such as:

• Peach: Princess Crown
• Mario: M-Hat
• Yoshi: Yoshi’s Egg Hooded Jacket

Nintendo didn’t forget to mention the new features of the game:

• Hair stylist and make-up artist: you can now take care of your clients’ hair, and apply some make-up;
• Designer: you can have your very own fashion house, and design your own clothing items and accessories. You can even get to work for famous fashion houses!
• Model: you can become a top-model, and work for the in-game brands. Photo shoots, advertisements, fashion shows… you will have to pick up the right clothes, hairstyle and make-up to do your job properly.

Finally, there’s contests:

• official online contests have a specific theme. Players can compete in order to come up with the best outfits;
• private contests: you can challenge friends.
