Master Detective Archives: Rain Code – Latest trailer details the game mechanics

Over the past few weeks, Spike-Chunsoft has shared quite a few videos for Master Detective Archives: Rain Code, introducing the colourful cast of characters players will able to meet in just about two weeks. And today, the company revealed a brand new trailer for the game, this time focusing on the gameplay mechanics!

Just like the games from the Danganronpa series, Master Detective Archives: Rain Code isn’t your typical mystery adventure game. It features a breadth of gameplay mechanics (some taken from action games) that give a lot of extra depth to an otherwise straightforward gameplay experience.

The trailer below gives us a good look at the gameplay mechanics: case investigations, the Master Detectives, the Mystery Labyrinth, and the Reasoning Death Matches.
