Labyrinth of Zangetsu – Ver. 2.0

  • Release date: October 10th 2024 (Japan) / ??? (North America, Europe)
  • Patch notes:
  • Improved overall speed.
  • Adjusted various stats.
    • The stats loss when changing job has been reduced so that it now depends on the original level.
    • Adjusted enemy stats.
    • Adjusted damage amounts, magic effects, item effects, and equipments stats.
    • Adjusted other stats.
  • Added item sorting and filtering to the storehouse.
  • Changed the treasure chest mechanism so that treasure chests are automatically pre-checked.
  • Made changes and fixes to the UI
    • When selecting a target in battle, the target’s name is now displayed on the screen.
    • In battle, magic effects are now displayed in the status window.
    • Added text notation to all ally status icons.
    • Changed the way the front/back of enemies is displayed.
    • When selecting equipment, the level/class/alignment is nowdisplayed under the character portrait.
    • Added the name of the Chain Palace to the camp screen.
  • Added new items such as equipment and weapons.

How to download updates for Labyrinth of Zangetsu for the Nintendo Switch?

To download the updates for Labyrinth of Zangetsu, you have three options:

  • let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off

If not…

  • try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;

OR

  • select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.

To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
