Forge of the Fae is a Celtic-inspired pixel art RPG, and it was successfully funded via Kickstarter back in September. No less than 4,145 backers pledged a whopping $226,782 to bring the game to life, which should happen sometime in 2027.

Here’s the trailer that was revealed for the Kickstarter campaign:

Forge of the Fae – Explore a story-rich, mysterious world inspired by Celtic folklore, use crystals to channel powerful magic, and make impactful choices that change the story’s outcome. A unique Crystal System and battles with dangerous Fae await in this charming, pixel art, retro modern RPG.

Forge of the Fae (Switch) does not have a release date yet, but is slated for a 2027 release worldwide.
