FAST Racing Neo: Jack Merluzzi (F-Zero GX, Tekken) to voice the announcer

FAST Racing NeoDeveloped by Shin’en Multimedia, FAST Racing Neo is one of the most anticipated titles coming to the Nintendo eShop of the Wii U. Delayed many times, the game is supposed to come out this year: the developers are certainly working hard to make sure it doesn’t slip into 2016, like quite a few other games in the past few weeks.

This afternoon, Manfred Linzner from Shin’en Multimedia made a rather neat announcement over at the NintendoLife forums: Jack Merluzzi will voice the announcer in FAST Racing Neo! For those who don’t know, he also gave his to several characters in games such as Tekken 5 and 6, F-Zero GX, and more.

In his post, Manfred Linzner also explained that the team was currently fine tuning the higher leagues, and finalizing some other important elements. It looks like development is slowly, but surely, wrapping up, though it’s most likely going to take a little while before we get an actual release date!

And in case you missed it, here’s the Nindies Lounge @ PAX interview, uploaded by Nintendo a couple of days ago:

FAST Racing Neo (Wii U eShop) should come out before the end of the year in Europe and North America.
