Save me Mr Tako!

Yesterday, Christophe Galati (creator) shared the latest blog post for Save me Mr Tako!, on the official Nicalis blog. This one is particularly interesting, as it’s all about the gameplay!

Here is the pitch I usually use to describe the gameplay: “Mr Tako is a platformer RPG where you play as an octopus who can spit ink to turn enemies into platforms and he can use 50 different powers during his quest.” Because of its structure, we can’t call the game style “Metroidvania”…so let’s call it “Kirbyvania”!
