Dragon Quest XI: latest batch of details and screens

Dragon Quest XI: Sugisarishi Toki o Motomete – New monsters

In a recent issue of Jump magazine, no less than 8 brand new monsters were revealed. Here’s some details about each one:

  • Slot Machine: a man who wanted to win at the slots so bad, he actually transformed into one;
  • Drum Goat: a chubby monster who play the drum to summon monsters;
  • Fairy Bat: don’t be fooled by its appearance… it actually uses that cuteness to attack unsuspecting preys;
  • Ghost Parasol: human frequently mistake it for an actual umbralla, and try to pick it up… before getting hit with its sharp claw;
  • Ebi Metal: a monster covered in a thick, hard shell. Regular swords are quite simply useless against that monster;
  • Drago Bishop: leader of the dragon world, with unparalleled knowledge (that actually makes him a great teacher);
  • Megaton Keil: loves to show off its muscles, and makes various poses to do so;
  • She-Golem: a golem made of coral. Rumour has it was actually designed as a destructive weapon, a long time ago.
