Dragon Quest VIII: gameplay footage, “Trick Vision 3D Art” advertisement

In Japan, Square-Enix has found a rather neat way to promote Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed on Nintendo 3DS. This week, players visiting the JR Shinjuku Station and the Tsutaya store in Shibuya will be able to check out some “Trick Vision 3D Art”: special optical illusion art, giving people the impression the monsters are in 3D and coming out of the art. Players will be able to take pictures of themselves in this “exhibition”.

The exhibition will take place at:

• JR Shinjuku Alps Square: from August 24th to August 30th
• Tsutaya Shibuya: from August 25th to August 31st
