CoroCoro leaks: Inazuma Eleven Ares / Yo-kai Watch 4 / The Battle Cats for Switch

This month, the latest issue of CoroCoro magazine has details about 3 games for the Nintendo Switch: Inazuma Eleven Ares, Yo-kai Watch 4, The Battle Cats for Nintendo Switch (brand new game, previously unannounced). Here’s some early details about those, from leaks.

Inazuma Eleven Ares

CoroCoro magazine reveals that Inazuma Eleven Ares will feature a battle system with commands, giving you a real sense of football, and allowing you to enjoy intense action and tactical battles.

Thanks to the Scout System, you will be able to scout characters from various schools and have them join yours, allowing you to create the ultimate football team:

  • Raimon
  • Seishou
  • Outei Tsukinomiya
  • Teikoku
  • Eisei
  • Hakuren
  • Zeus
  • Kidokawa Seishuu
  • Tonegawa Tousen

Also, the magazine reveals that the first Inazuma Eleven game will be released for free on the Nintendo eShop this Summer, in Japan. It’s called “InaEle for Nintendo 3DS” (Inazuma Eleven for Nintendo 3DS).

Yo-kai Watch 4

Yo-kai Watch 4 will be featured in the latest issue of CoroCoro magazine. Unsurprisingly, the genre is “RPG” (Cross Media Project). The magazine will have some actual screenshots of the game, and possibly more details, but that’s all we have for now!

The Battle Cats for Nintendo Switch

After selling over 500 000 units on the Nintendo eShop (presumably only in Japan), The Battle Cats series is now headed to the Nintendo Switch. The latest issue of CoroCoro magazine reveals that a game called Futari de! Nyanko Dai Sensou (lit. Together! The Battle Cats) will be released in December on the Nintendo eShop.

We don’t have any details or even pictures for the game, but the title (and more precisely “Futari de! / Together!”) implies the game will most likely feature co-op.
