[Japan] Nintendo eShop: Sales Rankings for the First Half of 2026 (Switch, Switch 2)
In Japan, Nintendo regularly shares the monthly Top 20 Software for the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 on its website. The company also shares charts for the Full Year and the First Half of the Year, and it’s the latter we got today!
The Top 30 below lists the best-selling games on the Nintendo eShop of the Nintendo Switch between January and June 2026, and only covers paid downloads from the Nintendo eShop and the My Nintendo Store in Japan (which excludes Free 2 Play titles, obviously). The rankings are based on revenue, not units.
Some additional notes about the rankings:
- pre-ordered games are included if the payments took place during the period covered by the rankings
- the Nintendo Switch 2 ranking features games included in a bundle (like Mario Kart World)
- games rated Cero Z or 18+ are not included
- games no longer available for purchase at the time of publication are not included
- for games with multiple SKU, only the highest ranking one is included
