- Patch notes:
- Fixed an incorrect date on a certain fictional in-game article.
- Fixed item inventory order being weird.
- Made the boat subarea kinder
- Falling far enough below a room will now restart it, prevent any minor softlocks when using any of the accessibility toggles
- Fixed a bunch of minor typos
- Golden Tony only appears after beating the game once
- Fixed a particularly nasty and obscure softlocks that teleports you out of bounds when on the world map after starting a new save file AFTER you beat the game in the same session.
- Fixed the app icon for both the base game and demo.

How to download updates for RUBATO on Nintendo Switch?
To download the updates for RUBATO, you have three options:
- let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off
If not…
- try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;
OR
- select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.
To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
