  • introduces a brand new mission-based system that gives players dozens of tasks to complete in exchange for item unlocks, including never seen before kits and bikes. By completing the various tours now included with the game, players will experience everything that Descenders has to offer, ranging from exploring the Career mode, to hanging out at the dozens of Bike Parks, and maybe even discover a secret or two hidden away in this sprawling biking game;
  • includes three new massive Bike Parks to explore with friends;
  • provides a whole bunch of quality of life fixes.

How to download updates for Descenders for the Nintendo Switch?

To download the updates for Descenders, you have three options:

  • let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off

If not…

  • try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;

OR

  • select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.

To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
