Pokémon distribution
Today, The Pokémon Company announced a new Pokémon distribution for Pokémon Omega Ruby / Alpha Sapphire in Japan. This one ties in with Volcanion & The Ingenious Magearna, the latest Pokémon movie (which hits theatres on July 16th). From June 17th to July 8th, players will be able to get a Shiny Gardevoir via a serial code.
The serial code will be available at the following stores:
- Toys ‘R’ Us
- Pokémon Center
- Bic Camera
- Joshin Denki
- Edion
- Ito-Yokado
- Yodobashi Camera
- 7-Eleven (via their hotspots)
Here’s some details about the Shiny Gardevoir:
- Level: 50
- Ability: Synchronise
- Moves: Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Stored Power, Calm Mind.
Also, the second Mew distribution in Europe is already over, barely one day after its start. It’s not clear whether it was really supposed to last only one day, or if the distribution wasn’t supposed to go live when it did.

Pokémon XY & Z (TV)
It looks like Pokémon Company has started uploading weekly previews for the next episode of Pokémon XY & Z on YouTube (like YTV does for the Ace Attorney anime series). Here’s the preview for the episode airing on June 9th:

Next, we have a promotional video showcasing upcoming episodes of the Pokémon XY & Z anime series. It looks like it’s finally about to enter the Kalos League arc, which is a sign the series is about to come to a close. That’s not too surprising, since Pokémon Sun and Moon will be released in November, and that’s when the new series will be launched.
Pokémon Symphonic Evolutions
Today, more dates for the Pokémon Symphonic Evolutions were announced:
- October 29th 2016 (7PM): Music Hall, Fair Park (Dallas, Texas)
- November 19th 2016 (7.30PM): Cobb Energy Center (Atlanta, Georgia)
- December 3rd 2016 (8PM), there will be a concert at the Adrienne Arsht Center in Miami Florida, starting at 8pm local time.
