7th Dragon III code:VFD gets a new trailer, each DLC to be free during its launch week
Just a couple of days: that’s how long fans have to wait before being able to play the very first 7th Dragon game in English. Indeed, 7th Dragon III code:VFD comes out on Thursday in North America (on July 12th), and to prepare for this launch, Atlus has revealed the “full” trailer for the game yesterday.

But that’s not all: Atlus also gave some more details about the DLC. The full planning was revealed a couple of weeks ago, but yesterday, Atlus announced that every single piece of DLC would be free during its launch week (with the exception of the first one… which is permanently free).

July 12th
Bonus Item: Nagamimi Doll
Price: Free (permanently)
Description: Obtain a talking Nagamimi bunny doll in your apartment!
Quest: Seed Outbreak!

A quick note about DLC: you need to progress further enough in the story to be able to unlock it. Also, the “To My Beloved Unit 13” quest is only available after beating the game.
Finally, don’t forget that the demo version is still available from the Nintendo eShop, and allows you to unlock various goodies in the full version!
7th Dragon III code:VFD (3DS) comes out on July 12th in North America. We don’t have a date for Europe, but thanks to the Atlus x Deep Silver partnership, we already know that the game will indeed be released in that region down the line (retail + Nintendo eShop).
