Switch milestones – The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom / LOLLIPOP CHAINSAW RePOP / GRIS / Natsu-Mon / Boxville

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom

This Thursday, Famitsu will share the very first sales data for The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom in Japan. But thanks to GEO (a retailer chain), we have some early data. The company has revealed that the game has already sold over 30,000 units at its stores across Japan, which is a really promising debut (it’s just one retailer chain, after all).

LOLLIPOP CHAINSAW: RePOP

Yoshimi Yasuda has revealed that LOLLIPOP CHAINSAW RePOP sold over 100,000 units during its first week. The game was only released in Japan last week (whereas Europe and North America got it on September 12th), which means Japanese sales are not included in that total.

GRIS

Nomada Studio has announced that GRIS has now sold over 3 million units worldwide, across all platform. An impressive milestone to reach just a couple of weeks before its second game (Neva) is released worldwide, on October 15th/16th!

Natsu-Mon: 20th Century Summer Kid

In an interview with Nintendo Life, Kaz Ayabe (the creator of the Boku no Natsuyasumi series) revealed that the Japanese version of Natsu-Mon: 20th Century Summer Kid has sold “just over 100,000 units” in Japan. A result he finds a little disappointing:

KA: The Japanese version was [released] at the end of last summer, and it’s sold just over 100,000 copies which isn’t bad, but I was hoping it would sell a little bit more, so I mean it’s not bad but it wasn’t great.
