Story of Seasons: first trailer for the latest entry

Today, Marvelous uploaded the very first trailer for Bokujou Monogatari 3tsu no Sato no Taisetsuna Tomodachi (lit. Story of Seasons: Precious Friends From the Three Villages, the latest entry in the Story of Seasons series). It shows the various features and characters revealed since launch, with proper gameplay footage. We also get to listen to the main theme: ほのぼの行こう (Honobono Ikou), by Oku Hanako.

The trailer starts with video from a real farm, before moving to CG footage, and then footage from the game itself. It doesn’t allow us to learn anything really new, but it’s a nice way to get a recap of the features revealed so far. First, we see the player working in the field, before tending to animals.

We get to see the three villages, which are:

• Westown
• Tsuyukusa Village
• Lulucoco Village

The trailer then briefly introduces some of the marriage candidates, before showing the player running around with their favorite pet, placing buildings near farming circles (to improve crops), and more. Of course, the trailer also showcases character customisation, which is one of the returning features of this new Story of Seasons entry.

Bokujou Monogatari 3tsu no Sato no Taisetsuna Tomodachi (lit. Story of Seasons: Precious Friends From the Three Villages) (3DS) comes out on June 23rd in Japan.
