Norn9: Last Era – New release date and first-print bonus revealed
During the All Aksys Update 2023 presentation, back in May, Aksys Games announced that Norn9: Last Era (the fan disc for Norn9: Var Commons) would launch on August 24th in Europe and North America. Turns out players will have to wait just a little bit longer, as the game is now slated for an August 31st release.
And today, Aksys Games also revealed the usual set of exclusive cards that come with all first-print copies of the game. There’s 12 of them this time!
And that’s not all: fans in North America who order the game from the Aksys Online Store can also receive a 1.25″ metal pin of the Norn9 insignia (while supplies last).
For those who want something more than just characters, Norn9: Last Era will also be available as a Limited Edition. It includes the following:
- full color artbook,
- 25″ x 15″ cloth poster
- set of 11 vinyl Hiyoko stickers
- an acrylic keychain featuring the chibi artwork

Norn9: Last Era is packed with new adventures and character information to explore. Delve in to discover more about those living on the ship and how they came to be there, including details about their lives and growing up. The Last Era fan disk is divided into four different sections:
- Prelude – includes the backstories of how everyone came to be on the ship
- Fugue – the original game digest from a new point of view
- Concerto – the after story
- Fantasia – the bonus – where everyone becomes a chibi! In order to return to actual size you will have to complete a special mission!
Norn9: Last Era (Switch) comes out on August 31st in Europe and North America.
