Weaving Tides

Crytivo have announced their latest game for the Nintendo Switch: Weaving Tides, a “adventure game that wraps Zelda-like dungeons, puzzles, exploration, and a mythical story together into a soul-soothing game experience”. After being successfully funded on Kickstarter (200%, and campaign still ongoing), it will be released this Fall in Europe and North America.

Here’s a trailer, some details, and the list of key features for the game:

Set in a world of magic and textile, the game urges players to dive into an enchanting, woven world and reveal its secrets. Players can stitch and cut their way through the landscape and wrap foes up tight using their unique weaving abilities. Of course, there’s also plenty to explore and many textile puzzles to solve. Expect a charming storyline to tie you up, complete with odd characters, witty puns, and themes of family and morality. Dive into a magical woven world on the back of your own carpet dragon! Explore the textile landscape, solve puzzles, challenge quirky creatures and unravel the great mysteries of a long forgotten past in Weaving Tides!

West of Dead

Raw Fury have announced their latest game for the Nintendo Switch: West of Dead, a Twin-Stick Cover Shooter developed by Upstream Arcade. It will be released this Summer in Europe and North America.

Here’s some details:

Step into the boots of the dead man William Mason (voiced by Ron Perlman) and descend into the grim and gritty world of Purgatory in West of Dead, a cover based twin-stick shooter that’ll truly put your skills to test. Dodge behind cover as you try to outgun your enemies in the unknown procedurally generated hunting grounds. The Wild West has never been this dark.
