Dokapon Kingdom Connect – Ver. 1.1.1

• Release date: November 17th 2023 (North America, Europe, Japan)
• Patch notes:

Technical Fixes

• The following issues occuring when using the Vanish item have been fixed:
  • If you select “No” when the target is in the “I’m dying” state during the assassination turning event, the terrain mass event will occur again.
  • In the event battle against Rico Jr., the effect of the Vanish item is ignored.
• Fixed a bug occuring during a scene when an item is thrown away if a bad item is pushed and your bag is full.
• Fixed a bug occuring when battling a sleeping player.
• Fixed an issue causing the wrong music track to be played.
• Adjusted battle animations.

UI Adjustments

• Fixed a bug impacting UI when using magic during battles.
• Fixed an issue in the Gallery where the HP figures of Tiamat and Overlord Rico were out of frame.
• The position of the COM name in COM dialogue has been adjusted.

Dokapon Kingdom Connect – Ver. 1.1.0

• Release date: June 5th 2023 (North America) / June 6th 2023 (Europe, Japan)
• Patch notes:

Local Wireless Mode:

• When using Local Wireless Mode, multiple Nintendo Switch players can play together without the use of internet connection.
• A Nintendo Switch Online account is not required to play Local Wireless Mode.
• Guest play is also available in Local Wireless mode. With one Nintendo Switch console, up to two guests can participate when playing against other Nintendo Switch consoles wirelessly.

Saved Data:

• Online mode and Local Wireless mode will have separate save data files.
• Saved data in Local Wireless mode cannot be used in Online mode.

CPU Adjustments:

• The CPU’s AI Strength has been adjusted for “Weak” and “Normal” difficulties.
  (Note: The “Sneaky” AI Strength has not been adjusted.)
• Various UI adjustments have been made.

Bug Fixes:

• Minor bugs, typos, and other issues have been fixed.

Dokapon Kingdom Connect – Ver. 1.0.2

• Release date: April 19th 2023 (Japan)
• Patch notes:

• Fixes a bug causing the game to freeze in the following situations
  • When playing offline: creating a character with ソ (SO in Katakana) and then saving or quitting the game with that character in use
  • When playing online: playing with a player whose character has ソ (SO in Katakana) in its name and then saving or quitting the game
  • When playing offline/online: saving or quitting the game while using a character with a prank name with ソ (SO in Katakana) in it (examples: Maki Guso-chan, Erohon Sommelier)

How to download updates for Dokapon Kingdom Connect for the Nintendo Switch?

To download the updates for Dokapon Kingdom Connect, you have three options:

• let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off

If not…

• try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;

OR

• select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.

To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
