Ace Attorney: Spirit of Justice – Soundtrack album to be released on July 13 in Japan

Update

Famitsu has revealed the cover of the soundtrack album for Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice (coming out on July 13th in Japan). Just like the previous games, it uses the key artwork (revealed a couple of days ago).

***Gyakuten Saiban 6With every new game, there’s one thing fans of the Ace Attorney series are always looking forward to: the music. From the various tracks used during courtroom parts to the theme of the main characters, the soundtrack has always been one of the most appreciated aspects in any Ace Attorney game. Of course, Ace Attorney 6 is no exception!

And today, Capcom has some good news for fans of Ace Attorney music: the company announced that the soundtrack album for Ace Attorney would be released on July 13th in Japan (once again, roughly one month after the game itself, which comes out on June 9th). It will feature a total of 62 tracks (on 2 CDs), including all those from the game itself, and most likely some bonus tracks if past soundtrack albums are anything to go by.

The soundtrack of Ace Attorney 6 was composed by Noriyuki Iwadare (and the Capcom Sound Team), which seems to have become the main composer for the Ace Attorney series. After all, he has composed the music for the following games:

  • Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Trials and Tribulations
  • Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth
  • Gyakuten Kenji 2 (Ace Attorney Investigations 2)
  • Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies

Unfortunately, we do not yet have the cover for the Ace Attorney 6 soundtrack, yet alone the tracklist. No doubt we will get that in a few weeks.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice (3DS) comes out on June 9th in Japan, and in September in Europe and North America.
