Rune Factory 5: more Software updates in the works

Last week, the long-awaited Rune Factory 5 was finally released in Japan. While Marvelous did release a Day One Update alongside it (check out this page for the patch notes), it looks like a significant number of bugs and other issues did manage to slip through.

Today, Marvelous have announced that more Software updates for Rune Factory 5 are in the works, and will provide fixes for the bugs and issues not addressed in the Day One Update. Further details about each one will be announced at a later date.

Unfortunately, we don’t really know what will be fixed in the next update (or even when it will be released), but we will make sure to update this page as soon as it’s available for download!

Hopefully, the various bugs and issues currently impacting will be a thing of the past when the game is ready for its western release, later this year.

Rune Factory 5 (Switch) does not have a release date in Europe and North America yet, but is slated for a 2021 release in those regions.
