RippleIsland Kyle and Cal’s Restaurant to start serving Switch 2 customers this November

Sunsoft has just announced its very first Nintendo Switch 2 game: RippleIsland Kyle and Cal’s Restaurant, a cooperative cooking action game for up to 16 players.

It will launch on November 27th, and will cost 4,378 Yen. It will be playable in the following languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Korean, Chinese.

The restaurant is bustling with customers!

“RippleIsland Kyle and Cal’s Restaurant” is a cooperative cooking action game for up to 16 players. Team up with the unique animals of Ripple Island to serve up delicious dishes!

To cook any dish, you first need to gather ingredients. Grow vegetables, catch fish, collect eggs from your pets… Gather ingredients in all sorts of ways and show off your cooking skills!

Story

Upon an unknown sea floats an unknown island: Ripple Island. Surrounded by rich nature, the island was blessed with an abundance of fresh, delicious ingredients and was home to many skilled chefs.

Then one day, a question popped into the head of the island’s king, Dotella:

“What is the most delicious dish on this island?”

To find the answer, King Dotella issued a proclamation to all the chefs on the island:

“A cooking tournament will be held to decide the greatest chef on the island! Whoever creates the best dish will be rewarded with a grand treasure!”

This proclamation reached the ears of Kyle, a chef living on the outskirts of the island. Kyle, who had always dreamed of making it big, immediately got ready and set off for the castle where the tournament would be held.

Challenge Mode

In Challenge Mode, you can play with up to 4 players in local co-op. Work together with your family and friends to beat each stage!

Everyone’s Restaurant

Enjoy massive co-op fun with up to 16 players online! Teamwork and dividing tasks are the keys to conquering up to 6 stages within the time limit! You can also have up to 8 local players join an online session together! Jump into online multiplayer and have a blast with your family and friends!

Various Ways to Play

• Solo Play: From gathering ingredients to cooking, serving, and cleaning, you’ll do it all by yourself. Aim for victory by making the best decisions while running the entire operation solo!
• 16-Player Co-op: You won’t clear these stages without delegating roles! The key to success is to watch your teammates’ actions and figure out the best way you can contribute.
