Pokémon GO – Trainer Battles

It looks like the game is finally about to get the long-awaited PvP (Player versus Player). Today, the official Twitter account for the game tweeted a series of teasers, before finally confirming that Trainer Battles are coming to the game. Unfortunately, it looks we will have to wait before getting further details about what is most likely going to be one of the biggest changes coming to Pokémon GO!

Research Breakthroughs

Did you miss Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Raikou, Entei, or Suicune? If yes, fret not: you will be able to get them via Research Breakthroughs in December. Each time you complete enough Field Research tasks and get a Research Breakthrough, you will encounter of the Legendary Pokémon we just mentioned.

But that’s not all: some of the most popular Field Research tasks from past months are coming back, so make sure to spin those Photo Discs at PokéStops if you don’t want to miss them.

If you still want to get Shedinja, you don’t have that much time left: it will only be available via Research Breakthrough until December 1st… only a few hours left!

Interested in some Brock and Misty avatar items? If yes, you’re in luck: some were added to the Style Shop earlier this week, to celebrate the release of Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! / Let’s Go, Eeeve!. Here’s what they look like:
