Arcade Archives RYUKYU releases this week on Nintendo Switch

Hamster has announced that the latest Arcade Archives release is RYUKYU. It’s a puzzle game originally developed and released on Arcade by Success back in 1990 in Japan. It supports 1 player.

On Nintendo Switch, RYUKYU will launch on May 22nd and it will cost 6.99€ / £6.29 / $7.99 / 838 Yen. The Japanese version will offer an English language option.

Choose the cards you want to use from your hand and drop them into the squares to complete the highest-scoring poker hand possible in vertical, horizontal or diagonal lines. So… What happens if you clear the game by placing the Ryukyu card in the middle?
