  • Difficulty balancing adjusted to reduce the mid-game curve.
  • Added ‘Continue’ button within the Main Menu if save data exists.
  • Fixed collider at the bottom wall at “A” Area of Dark World.
  • Fixed collider within “A” Area which caused the character to levitate.
  • Fixed colliders in Dark World A.
  • Fixed SFX after defeating enemies in Semi Castle.
  • Fixed spacing between question and options in NPC dialogue at mountain area.
  • Fixed some enemies which caused replicating SFX when changing form.
  • Fixed the UI highlight selection getting stuck over the Grappling Hook within the Inventory.
  • Fixed repeating enemy absorption SFX.
  • Fixed climbing and Jumping SFX issues.
  • Fixed jumping underwater glitch.
  • The player can now hold movement direction between frames to keep going left.
  • Reduced spikes in G area damage.
  • Enemies no longer incorrectly move into an inaccessible room when the player stands nearby in level 2.
  • Underwater effect no longer carries over to a new game after running an existing save.
  • White block switch no longer disappears during the late game puzzle (Top-right corner).
  • Korean text no longer overlaps with the dialogue UI box during bat beast monster cutscene.
  • Japanese text no longer spills out of the UI box during Badu sorcerer’s conversation.

How to download updates for Aggelos 2 on Nintendo Switch?

To download the updates for Aggelos 2, you have three options:

  • let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off

If not…

  • try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;

OR

  • select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.

To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
