Super Mario Maker: digital pre-orders launched, Media Community on Miiverse, new level from IGN

Yesterday, Nintendo uploaded the English version of the Super Mario Maker overview video, that you can find in this post. But that’s not all: the company also launched pre-orders for the digital version of the game, on Nintendo.com and via the Nintendo eShop. If you’re interested in this version, you will need 1404MB of free space on your Wii U or external HDD. The game itself costs 59.99$.

If you use a Nintendo Network ID at check-out, with automatic downloads activated on your Wii U (on Nintendo.com), or pre-order directly from the Nintendo eShop, you can start pre-loading Super Mario Maker right away!

If you’re interested in the special booklet which comes with the retail version, you can actually request one if you bought the digital version of Super Mario Maker: you will find the necessary instructions on your receipt! Alternatively, the booklet will be available as a free download starting Septembe 11th.

Finally, here’s the level that Brian Altano from IGN made in order to get revenge on Jose Otero (click here for the first video!):

Super Mario Maker (Wii U) comes out on September 10th in Japan, and September 11th in Europe and North America.
