Splatoon: weapons from the Sheldon’s Picks Vol. 2 selection revealed

The last two weapons from the Sheldon’s Picks Vol. 2 have been revealed: you will find all the details below!

***Next week, on June 8th (June 7th if you live in North America), a new update for Splatoon will be released. It will bring the game to Ver 2.8.0, and will come with various game balance changes. It will also add the weapons from Vol. 2 of the Sheldon’s Picks selection, a range of recommended weapons for new players (or for those who simply want to try out something different).

And today (June 3rd), the Squid Research Lab has started revealing the weapons from the Sheldon’s Picks Vol. 2:

• N-ZAP 83: designed inspired by the Famicom (as opposed to the NES for the N-ZAP 85). Comes with the Point Sensor (Sub Weapon), and the Kraken (Special Weapon), instead of Splat Bombs and the Echolocator;

• Splat Charger Bentou: comes with the Splash Wall (Sub Weapon), and the Echolocator, as opposed to the Splatbombs and Bomb Rush for the original Splat Charger;

• Splatterscope Bentou: scoped version of the Splat Charger Bentou;

• Grim Range Blaster: comes with the Burst Bomb (Sub Weapon), and the Killer Wail (Special Weapon), as opposed to the Splash Wall and Inkstrike of the original Range Blaster.

• Sploosh-o-matic 7: comes with Splat Bombs (Sub Weapon), and the Inkzooka (Special Weapon), as opposed to the Squid Beaken and the Killer Wail for the original Sploosh-o-matic.

• Cherry H-3 Nozzlenose: comes with the Splash Wall (Sub Weapon), and the Bubbler (Special Weapon), as opposed to Suction Bombs and the Echolocator for the original H-3 Nozzlenose.

• CoroCoro Splat Roller: comes with the Splash Wall (Sub Weapon), and the Inkzooka (Special Weapon), as opposed to Suction Bombs and the Killer Wail for the original Splat Roller.

• Aerospray PG: comes with Burst Bombs (Sub Weapon), and the Kraken (Special Weapon), as opposed to Ink Mines and the Inkstrike for the Aerospray RG.

• Heavy Splatling Remix: comes with the Sprinkler (Sub Weapon), and the Killer Wail (Special Weapon), as opposed to the Splash Wall and the Inkstrike for the original Heavy Splatling.
• CoroCoro Parka and Cap.

The Sheldon’s Picks Vol. 2 will be added to Splatoon on June 7th in North America, and June 8th in Europe and Japan.
