Poncho (Wii U): release month and screenshots

Poncho is an open-world puzzle / platformer, in which you control a self-aware robot in search of its purpose in a world where humanity has become extinct, and which is trying to find its Master. The game features a gorgeous 2D world, with levels made of multiple layers that you can shift between, in order to explore and solve puzzles.

The developers, Delve Interactive, did try their luck on Kickstarter a few months ago, but to no avail: their campaign wasn’t successful. However, the game IS coming out after all, in September to be more precise (courtesy of Rising Star Games)! In an update posted on the kickstarter, they explained that they had the console build up and running, and it should be sent to Nintendo for certification pretty soon.

The developers also confirmed that the game would be playable in the following languages:

– Italian
– Spanish
– Dutch
– Portuguese
