Pokémon Duel

Today, a new event went live in Pokémon Duel: the Electric Gym Cup, running until July 6th. Here’s eveything you need to know about it:

  • Electric-type Movement 1 and 2 figures = +1 Movement;
  • Ground-type figures = +20 Attack (for each attack);
  • Electrivire and Elekid figures are available as a prize;
  • Gym Boosters available, with the contents increasing with your winning streak. Said boosters have to be redeemed before July 13th
  • Trophies will be distributed to qualifying players after the event.

Pokémon anime series

Yesterday, The Pokémon Company announced that Pokémon: Indigo League, the very first season of the Pokémon anime series, was now available for digital purchase in HD in various countries, and on various platforms (iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, and more). And it’s the entire season we’re talking about, not just individual episodes.

Each episode can be purchased separately (£2.49 in the United Kingdom), with the full season available for about £19.99.

Pokémon World Championships

Yesterday, The Pokémon Company shared some more details about the Pokémon World Championships, to be held this August in Anaheim (California). To be more precise, the price of the various “passes” were revealed:

  • spectators: $10 for full access during the week end (includes 2 booster packs for the Pokémon TCG, as gift)
  • Pokkén Tournament Last Chance Qualifier: $30 (includes 6 booster packs for the Pokémon TCG, as gift)
  • Anaheim Open competition: $30 for the Masters category, and $15 for the Juiniors and Seniors categories
