Pokémon news (Jan. 22) – Pokémon Shuffle Mobile / Pokémon 2DS pouch

On Febuary 27th, the Pokémon series celebrates its 20th Anniversary in Japan. Along with the original games on the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console, Nintendo will also release special Nintendo 2DS bundles. And it’s players getting those bundles that Hori is targeting with the new accessories revealed today:

  • screen protectors for Nintendo 2DS, that comes with a Pokémon-themed cleaning cloth (842 Yen)
  • pouch for Nintendo 2DS (1 922 Yen)

The accessories will be released on February 27th in Japan.

Pokkén Tournament

Here’s the final boxart for Pokkén Tournament (North America), as well as some HQ artworks of the Battle and Support Pokémon!

Pokkén Tournament comes out on March 18th, worldwide.

Pokémon Shuffle Mobile

This week, The Pokémon Company finally launched Pokémon Shuffle Mobile in the following countries: France, Italy, Spain, Germany, South Korea, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, and Morocco. A brand new update was also released, adding localisation in French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Korean.

Battle competition

As noted by Serebii, registration for the 2016 International Challenge – January started yesterday. You have until January 28th to register, and after that, battles will run from January 29th to January 31st.
