Nintendo Switch: various third-party titles (Minecraft, Farming Simulator, Derby Stallion, more) announced

In this post, we’re listing the various third-party games announced for the Nintendo Switch that don’t have any assets or details. In other words, we don’t know anything about the titles below, but we should hear more about them in the near future!

Minecraft: Switch Edition

Minecraft has been releasing on pretty much every platform under the sun, and naturally, the Nintendo Switch will be no exception. Unfortunately, we know nothing about this version, such as whether there’s extra content or not. No doubt we will hear more about it in the near future!

Minecraft: Story Mode – The Complete Adventure

If you’re such a big fan of Minecraft that just the main game isn’t enough for you, you will be glad to learn that even Minecraft: Story Mode – The Complete Adventure will be released on Nintendo Switch. Naturally, it’s the exact same game as on other platforms, but with everything included from the get-go.

Farming Simulator

Do you like farming so much you can’t help thinking about it, but not enough to drop your current occupation to become a farmer? Then Farming Simulator may very well be THE game for you. Luckily enough, Focus Home Interactive is bringing it to the Nintendo Switch!

Farming Simulator 2018 will also be released on the Nintendo 3DS this year.

Syberia 3

It was announced that Anuman would bring Syberia 3 (an adventure game) to the Nintendo Switch, most likely via the Nintendo eShop. Unfortunately, that’s all we know about this version of the game for now, but here’s a video if you’re interested in checking out what kind of game it is:

The game will be fully dubbed in French, English, Russian, Polish and German with subtitles in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Polish, Czech, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, simplified and traditional Chinese. The soundtrack is composed by none other than Inon Zur (Fallout 4, Dragon Age, Prince of Persia), who already worked on Syberia 2.

Derby Stallion

Derby Stallion is a series of horse racing / business simulation games, that first appeared on the Famicom. And on Friday, it was announced that a Derby Stallion game would be released on the Nintendo Switch. Unfortunately, we know absolutely nothing about it…

Story of Seasons

Good news for fans of non-simulation farming games: the Bokujo Monogatari / Story of Seasons series is headed to the Nintendo Switch! Unfortunately, we have no idea what the new game would be like, or even if it would be a “new” game per se.
