Splatoon x Taiko Drum Master
Yesterday, the Squid Research Lab shared a pretty interesting video: it’s for the Arcade version of the popular Taiko Drum Master game. But why would they even bother with another companuy’s game like that? Well, it’s because one of the music tracks from Splatoon in now available, Calamari Inkantation to be precise.

Hyrule Encyclopedia
Today, Hyrule Encyclopedia (the second in the trilogy of books celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the Legend of Zelda series) was released in Japan. Earlier today, the official Twitter account for the series shared a few pictures of the book:
So far, no English release has been announced, but it’s most likely a question of weeks (months) before we get an announcement!
Culdcept Revolt
Today, Nintendo released a new map for Culdcept Revolt, which is available for free. It’s called Lost Wood, and can be found in the NET Shop:
Unfortunately, it’s not clear whether the western release of Culdcept Revolt will include this map or not (it most likely will).
Culdcept Revolt (3DS) comes out this Summer in Europe and North America.

Nintendo Badge Arcade
Today, Nintendo added the following to the Nintendo Badge Arcade in Japan:
- Monster Hunter XX badges
- Pokémon badges (4 panels)
- free plays every day until April 7th
