Nintendo eShop Monthly Charts – Europe (Top 15)
The Top 5 for the Nintendo eShop in Europe is anything but surprising. Rocket League has been dominating the charts since its launch week, and it was to be expected December sales would be big. Arcade Archives VS. Super Mario Bros. was also popular, most likely because it’s the first release of Super Mario Bros. on Nintendo Switch, and because it’s not quite the same game as the NES version.
As for Minecraft, it’s been an evergreen title on pretty much all paltforms it came out, so it’s pretty normal to see it in the Top 5 (especially during Christmas month). Finally, Stardew Valley has been enjoying great popularity since launch, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe being #5 of the Nintendo eShop charts bodes pretty well for the physical sales.
