Indie news (June 21st): Snake Pass / Vaccine coming to the Nintendo Switch
Today’s Indie news: HD Rumble issue back with the latest update for Snake Pass, but also…
- Vaccine
- Yoku’s Island Express
- Runbow Pocket
Snake Pass
Today, Sumo Digital released an update for Snake Pass. On Nintendo Switch, it adds missing features such as Leaderboards, and brings various improvements and fixes. If you haven’t already, you can check out the full patch notes in this post.
Unfortunately, this update also comes with an uninvited guest… the HD Rumble glitch, which makes its comeback. It was in the original version of the game (released on March 29th), but was fixed with the very first udpate (Ver. 1.1.0). The good news is the developers are already working on a fix, which should hopefully be available pretty soon!
Switch players – we're aware the pesky rumble bug has returned. It seems a 7 ate a 9. We're looking to resolve ASAP. Numbers are hard :( 🐍🐍🐍

Vaccine
Here’s the trailer for the Nintendo Switch version of Vaccine, releasing in Japan on June 29th as Dead House Saisei (price: 1 000 Yen):
Nothing has been announced for Europe and North America yet, but we’ve already added the game to the list of Upcoming Releases!
Yoku’s Island Express
Here’s the latest gameplay clip for Yoku’s Island Express, coming to the Nintendo Switch next year:

Runbow Pocket
To celebrate the release of Runbow Pocket on New Nintendo 3DS (available since yesterday in Europe and North America), the Art Director is going to create a brand new post for the game. However, fans are the one who have to choose who ends up on that poster! If you want to vote for your favorite characters, click here!
Speaking of Runbow Pocket, there is an issue with the retail copies (in North America). Fortunately, that issue is extremely minor: the codes in the box were swapped. If you want to redeem your Nintendo 3DS Themes, you need to use the code for the DLC, and vice-versa!
Update! Due to a printing error the codes in the Runbow Pocket Deluxe box got swapped! Use the DLC code for the themes and vice-versa!
