Fire Emblem Heroes: latest events and content updates (April 2017)

On February 2nd, Nintendo launched Fire Emblem Heroes on Android and iOS (click here to check out everything you need to know). Just like all Free 2 Play games worth their salt, Nintendo is planning to provide users with regular content, events, and updates, in order to make sure they keep playing as long as possible.
In this post, we’re going to list all the events and content updates for Fire Emblem Heroes in April 2017, so that you can find all those details in one place. Naturally, we will keep on updating this post as soon as new content and events go live.
April 30th
- [Event] The April wallpapers from the Choose your Legends event are now available: they feature Hector and Tharja!
Ongoing events
- [Quests] A new set of Special Quests is now available, called “Flier Mastery”, focusing on flying units (available until May 1st)
- [Hero Battle] The Grand Hero Battles feat. Female Robin and Navarre are back. If you manage to beat their map, you will get a 3 ★ version of those Heroes if you do so on Hard, and a 4 ★ version if you do so on Lunatic (NB: if you previously beat the maps, you will not be able to get the first-time clear bonus again) (available until May 2nd)
- [Quests] A new set of Special quests is now available (Grand Hero Battles) and allow you to unlock special Heroes: click here for more details about the characters you can unlock! (available until May 2nd)
- [Log-in bonus] As part of the Fire Emblem Echoes Celebration event, all players get 5 Orbs as a special Log-in bonus (available until May 8th)
- [Quests] As part of the Fire Emblem Echoes Celebration event, a new set of Special Quests is now available: Pegasus Sisters. The quests allow you to get some goodies, but also the Pegasus Sisters from Fire Emblem Echoes (3 * characters, click here for the list of characters) (available until May 8th)
- [Quests] A new set of Special quests is now available (Helping Hand), and allow you to get some shards (available until May 9th)
- [Summoning Focus] A new Summoning Focus is now available: World of Radiance. It features the following characters from Fire Emblem Echoes: Path of Radiance: Ike, Mist, Soren, and Titania (click here or here for more details) (available until May 15th);
- [Quests] A new set of Special quests is now available (World of Radiance), and allow you to get various goodies (available until May 15th)
- [Hero Battles] The first season is now available, and features the following characters: Sophia, Virion, Hana, Subaki, Donnel, Lissa, Gunter, Cecilia, Felicia, Wrys, Olivia, Stahl (in that order);
- [Global] Worldwide Launch Celebration: until an unspecified date, players can enjoy the following:
- The amount of stamina required to play maps in the Training Tower will be cut in half;
- The amount of stamina required to equip skills will be reduced to 0;
- During the campaign period, you will receive a special one-time log-in bonus of 10 Stamina Potions.
- [Story Maps] New Paralogue added: Paralogue 1 – Family Bonds (featuring 3 missions: Sacred Bond, Holy War Bond, and Unbreakable Bond) (available until unspecified date);
- [Story Maps] New Paralogue added: Paralogue 2 – Sibling Bonds (featuring 3 missions: Brothers and Sisters, Siblings of Thunder, and Courage and Devotion) (available until unspecified date);
- [Story Maps] New Paralogue added: Xenologue 1 – Detached Princess (available until unspecified date);
- [Story Maps] A new Paralogue is now available: Paralogue 3 – Blazing Shadows (with three maps: Vengeful Mercenary, Sword Demon, and Death and the Child, available until unspecified date);
- [Story Maps] A new Paralogue is now available: Paralogue 4 – Spring Festival (with three maps: Bright Blooms, Painted Eggs, and Spring Stars, available until unspecified date);
- [Story Maps] A new Paralogue is now available: Paralogue 5 – World of Shadows (with three maps: Legendary Hero, Into the Forest, and Alm’s Heroic Stand, available until unspecified date);
- [Arena Battles] The 6th wave of Bonus Characters is now live, and features the following characters: Alm, Faye, Clair, Lukas, Navarre, Cherche, Setsuna, Virion, Cecilia, and Sharena;
- [Arena] Until an unspecified date, it is easier for you to win Hero Feathers at the Arena, based on your high score for the current season. This lasts until an unspecified date;
- [Log-in Bonus] Starting today, and until an unspecified date, you can get a Daily Log-in Bonus: 100 Hero Feathers (Monday), 1 Stamina Potion (Tuesday), 1 Dueling Crest (Wednesday), 100 Hero Feathers (Thursday), 1 Stamina Potion (Friday), 1 Duelling Crest (Saturday), 1 Orb (Sunday);
- [Log-in Bonus] Since enough players managed to beat the Grand Hero Battle feat. Michalis on March 20th, all players get a special Log-in Bonus of 10 Orbs, 10 Stamina Potions, and 5 000 Hero Feathers;
- [Log-in bonus] Since players got all the questions right during the Fire Emblem Heroes Quiz event on Twitter, the following is now available as a special log-in bonus: 10 Orbs, 5 000 Hero Feathers, and 10 000 Universal Crystals (that one is an extra!). In total, 574 555 votes were recorded during the event;

April 4th
- [Hero Battle] The latest Grand Hero Battle is now available, and features Navarre, the Scarlet Sword (from Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon). If you beat the map on Hard, you will get a 3 ★ Navarre, but if you do so on Lunatic, you will get a 4 ★ Navarre instead (available until April 9th);
- [Summoning Focus] A new Summoning Focus is now available: Battling Navarre. It features the following characters: Caeda, Sophia, Effie, and Kagero (click here for more details) (available until April 9th);
- [Arena Battles] The 5th wave of Bonus Characters is now live, and features the following characters: Chrom (Spring Exalt), Xander (Spring Prince), Lucina (Spring Exalt), Camilla (Spring Princess), Michalis, Palla, Selena, Sophia, Gunter, and Alfonse.
April 5th
- [Event] The Wyvern Riders vs Pegasus Knights Voting Gauntlet event is now live, and lasts until April 11th: click here for everything you need to know about the event itself!
- [Log-in Bonus] During the Wyvern Riders vs Pegasus Knights Voting Gauntlet, you get 5 Battle Flags a day as a log-in bonus (until April 11th);
- [Quests] The first batch of Special Quests for the Wyvern Riders vs Pegasus Knights is available (available until April 7th).
April 7th

April 11th
- [Event / Log-in bonus] The Wyvern Riders vs Pegasus Knights Voting Gauntlet event is now over. The rewards for the event are now available as special log-in bonus. The goal for the Grand Rewards was also reached, so all players will get the bonuses as special log-in bonus in the upcoming days (click here for more details)
April 12th
- [Update] Ver. 1.2.0 of Fire Emblem Heroes is now available. Click here for the patchnotes and plenty of details!
- [Log-in bonus] The Grand Rewards for the Wyvern Riders vs Pegasus Knights Voting Gauntlet event is now available. Players can get the following as a special log-in bonus: 20 Orbs, 5 of each Great Badges, and 5 000 Universal Crystals (available until April 26th);
- [Log-in bonus] To celebrate the addition of the Sacred Seals feature, 2 Orbs are available as a Daily log-in bonus (available until April 28th);
- [Special quests] A new set of special quests related to Sacred Seals features is now available. The quests allow you to get some Sacred Seals, but also some 3 * characters (click here for more details) (available until April 28th)

- [Log-in Bonus] While the Hero Fest Summoning Focus is live, all players can get 2 Orbs every day as a special Log-in Bonus (available until May 8th);
- [Event] Thanks to the Double SP Event, you can earn twice the usual amount of SP when defeating enemies and healing allies (available until May 7th)
