Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap

Yesterday, Nicalis and Lizardcube announced that Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap would be released at retail on February 13th in North America, and ‘shortly after’ in Europe. The retail version will include the following:

  • double-sided cover
  • colour manual
  • Soundtrack CD (sampler)
  • strap (PVC)

Crypt of the NecroDancer

Today, it was announced that Crypt of the NecroDancer would be released on February 1st in North America (that’s tomorrow), and on February 8th in Europe.

Wargroove

Last week, at the Taipei Games Show 2018, it was announced that Nekopara would be released on Nintendo Switch. This will be an expanded release, featuring new theme songs, additional illustrations, new episodes, and more.

Hulu

Yesterday, Ben Smith (SVP of Experience at Hulu) revealed that Hulu was currently working on an update for the Hulu app on Nintendo Switch, in order to add touch controls.

Here’s the message in full:

Nintendo was great to work with, giving us early access to hardware and developer documentation that enabled us to be the first video app on Switch. I use it all the time. Biggest feedback that we’ve gotten and that I feel as a regular user is that it would be better if it supported touch. We are currently working with Nintendo on this.

Unfortunately, it’s not clear when that update will be released, but it doesn’t look like it’s going to be soon…
