Daily Briefs (Mar. 31): Hyrule Historia / Nintendo Switch @ Fuorisalone 2017

Today’s Daily Briefs: an intriguing edition of Hyrule Historia, but also…

  • Nintendo Switch
  • Play Nintendo Show
  • Pokémon
  • Tool Assisted Speedrun
  • Cube Life: Pixel Action Heroes

Hyrule Historia

Earlier today, Nintendo Force shared a picture of a pretty intriguing edition of Hyrule Historia, with a different cover:

What’s pretty interesting about this edition is that it’s not listed on Dark Horse’s website, and doesn’t seem to be available for purchase anywhere.

Update: it’s actually the Scholastic Edition of the book (for libraries), released in June 2016. Here’s a few more pictures, courtesy of mynameisperterm (thanks Axis for the find!):

Nintendo Switch

Yesterday, Nintendo announced that the Nintendo Switch and select games would be playable at an unexpected event… the Fuorisalone 2017. The following games will be playable:

  • The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
  • 1-2-Switch
  • ARMS
  • Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
  • Splatoon 2
  • Snipperclips: Cut it out, together!

The Fuorisalone 2017 is taking place from April 4th to April 9th. Click here for more details!

Thanks Cerium for the heads up!
