The Alliance Alive: new characters introduced, picture of the manual, more

With a little over a month until release (on June 22nd), FuRyu is still revealing new elements for its brand new JRPG on Nintendo 3DS: The Alliance Alive.

This time around, two new characters are introduced:

  • Badr (a Male monster, age unknown): he rules over Svarna, the capital of the Rain World, using violence. It’s the Asmodians themselves that entrusted him with the task of ruling over humans in that part of the world, and he’s taking advantage of that to devote himself to utmost evil;
  • Blue (a Male Asmodian, age unknown): the Blue Oasis is the only oasis of the Burning World, which is why the business of water is so profitable for him. That allows him to control the economy of the entire world. He may be an Asmodian, but he has nothing but respect and tolereance for highly capable people, regardless of their race;

We also get to know about a tribe called “Fiend”, that is subordinate to the Asmodians. With their beast-like appearance, they’re more powerful than humans. However, they’re pretty lacking in the intelligence department, and in fact, many of them are pretty violence and unreasonable.

Here’s some artworks and screenshots, showcasing those characters and that tribe:

Also, yesterday, FuRyu shared a picture of the 31-page manual that comes with the first-print copy of the game:

Finally, here’s a picture of the packaging of the Special Soundtrack that comes with the first-print copies of the game. It includes 20 tracks, composed by the one and only Masashi Hamauzu (only available in digital format, unfortunately):

FuRyu will also share a soundtrack sample video in the near future, so stay tuned for more Masashi Hamauzu goodness!

The Alliance Alive (3DS) comes out on June 22nd in Japan.
